Beyond excited to announce that I will be joining @TreadHQ as a Performance Coach this summer!
Absolutely cannot wait to continue to push the game forward with some of the best coaches in the world.
As someone who played both D3/Juco I have a heavy disagreement with this.
It’s meant to be a day of accomplishment to an athlete who has worked hard to play at the next level. Both levels are still extremely competitive and both the schools and athletes deserve to be recognized
This is not meant to be mean at all but we really have kids doing signing days to go D3/JUCO now?
Just kinda seems like a handout, participation trophy type ritual.
Sometimes the kids will end up transferring or getting cut before they even step on the field
Would make me
The man above continues to do great things! Excited to say I’ll be transferring and joining the program of 20x Conference and 15x Regional Champs, Lamar Community College next year.
All glory to him! Back to the roots!! Excited to say I have accepted a Head S&C position at D-Bat Waco and will be assisting in throwing training as well. Excited to progress the field of development back home.
@ParkerDillhoff made a LOUD statement in @TreadHQ Transfer Portal Showcase sitting 94-96 T97mph with 3Ks and a 66% strike rate. After a spring where he averaged 91.3mph with 15BB in 7 IP, here is why this wasn’t just a glimpse into his upside, but why it can be sustainable:

New Year New Opportunities. I have accepted a job as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Warriors Baseball Academy in Houston, Texas. I can’t thank @DA_Waco enough for their support and allowing me to work over the past 2 years. Excited for the next chapter.
Throw your best pitch and throw it often🤯 A THREAD:
Jack Flaherty is having a resurgent year with the Detroit Tigers, posting a 2.92 ERA and 2.69 FIP, compared to a 2023 season which he finished with a 4.99 ERA and a 4.36 FIP. What has made him so much more dominant in 2024?
The whole point of bringing that matter to life is not only to educate young adults and adults on a matter that needs to be talked about more, but to educate “young children” on the problems, and raise them to be better than we are. This is an awful response. Be better. @Baylor
We felt the performance was inappropriate for the After Dark audience (which often includes young children).
However, we agree that it is worthy of appreciation, and we encourage the Baylor community to view the entire program and panel here: virtualstudentprograms.baylor.edu
Following right after, water/hydration , food, sleep. Get them back into a parasympathetic state. The following day, a mobility circuit, low intensity HR work (bike,mb circuit, mobility circuit itself can do this, etc) But right after a start CNS is shot, don’t beat a dead horse.
