    10 months of taking control of my diet: Quitting alcohol and lifting weights. Not on gear at this point because I had no desire to compete. Just want people - especially women - to know that obtaining this is possible with dedication. No excuses #DOWORKSON

    I’m a mom of 2 beautiful kids and have a full time job. Covid hit everyone on the chin but in April ‘21 I made the decision to do an NPC bikini show because knowing I’d be judged in front of hundreds of people would keep me accountable. There’s no excuses. Just #doworkson.

    Had my first muscle separation massage yesterday 😬😭 it was painful but worth it! Crazy how she evened out my calves and shaped my abs more 😳

    Successful 6 hour surgery! Doc had to peel through A LOT of muscle to get through to his spine, so they are keeping him here an extra night 😳🤣 #DOWORKSON on recovery!
