- It’s the third part of a trilogy, lads. I wrote it to an end. A self-axing. An old-fashioned, highly dignified, Hari-Kiri. 🪓BBC 'axes' hit crime drama ahead of season three mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/bbc…
- Thanks for the period detail corrections in The Gold but you need to stop now because this will not be defeated.
- The London Palladium this evening. Myself, Robert and Francis.
- When I worked in a pub in Dundee there was a guy who came in every afternoon and, when I asked how he was, he said “You see it all, son, you see it all”. Someone has delivered that line in tribute in all my shows, and in The Gold it is the brilliant Anil Desai.
- BOB IS BACK. To mark his dignified retirement from public life, a 2 part Radio 4 Special - Bob Servant Says Cheerio. Starring Brian Cox, Jonathan Watson, Phyllis Logan, Greg McHugh, Rufus Jones and Lulu (yes). Coming this Xmas. bbc.com/mediacentre/20…

- Bob Servant retires, with dignity, from public life today (Radio 4, 11.30am). It has been a fun, if bewildering, 20 years. (1/several)
- Guilt finishes forever this evening on BBC2 at 9pm (all eps on iPlayer). Thanks to everyone who worked on the show over the three series, and all those who watched and supported it. The Leith Trilogy is complete. 🏴 🍺 #Guilt
