i don’t want to “come out” i just want to start being openly gay without straight people making it into a spectacle and treating it as an otherness. no big talks or ‘confessions’ i just want to BE.- i take being the lesbian oldest daughter very seriously

- i love being butch but sometimes it hurts my feelings knowing that the way that i am is viewed as ‘the bad kind of lesbian’ even by other queer people. being fat and masculine isn’t bad. i don’t want to feel bad for being those things.
