    5 football programs in the entire state of Iowa being forced to not play... Our mission to shorten the gap- has once again systematically widened because of the lack of equity that continues to be forced onto these kids... To not see the problem IS the problem!

    Too many kids who desperately need structure / sports for their well-being are right now without that chance. Solutions can’t wait! Opportunity to find compromise is possible on both ends. All the Kids are watching.... SHOW them you support them!

    Incredible job by the kids from DMPS football programs! What an inspiring event to get to watch kids compete for the love of the game! The unity was like few things I’ve been a part of. And for those keeping score at home....CITY CHAMPS live on the West side! #RiderNation

    I love that my Daughter gets to grow up in a state where Women’s Bball is Elite‼️ Great Coaching at a young age (Top AAU teams in country), HS basketball (competition could compete nationally), and college Basketball programs that continue to recruit and produce Super stars!

    My high school coach hung up a sign outside our weight room door that we hit every morning as we went in…”You gotta believe”. It’s been 20 years since I hit that sign… but that characteristic of belief b/c of hard work has never left. #WeBelieve

    30 of 32 players drafted in last nights NFL draft were MULTI-sport athletes in HS. There is no such thing as "specializing" in one sport!

    64% of Roosevelt HS students are in an activity...THIS classroom is as important as any! @DMschools you are losing students by the hour b/c of your failure to act! Start making decisions for kids that need us most.
