    My brother misplaced his ID, went to the voting station with his passport. He was told a passport is not sufficient. Went to Home Affairs to get a temp ID. Got back and went to vote. This is all under an hour. So it means this country is capable of actually functioning

    You know what’s disgusting? My 98 year old grandfather spent over 60 years of his life being terrorised by the Apartheid regime, hundreds of acres of his father’s farm & land were stolen from his land without compensation. And he is still scared of white people.
