    1/ One of the most important libraries in the world is being called a pirate site & being sued for bankruptcy. I'm shocked to see @internetarchive hit this way amid the backdrop of shuttered libraries (due to pandemic & curfew)
    Brewster Kahle, the Internet Archive’s founder, defended his organization’s initiative and said it was functioning as a library when access to other libraries has been curtailed.

    1/ People have asked me what I think about the @elonmusk announcement last week about @neuralink I know that a bundle of 6 micron wire/threads x 10,000 of them = 60 mm of diameter end to end....do the math. 10,000 x 6um width x 50mm length = ~20 cubic mm of displaced material

    Marie Curie only won a Nobel Prize after her husband refused it if they didn't respect Marie's contributions (whose idea it was, who did most of the work, sure they talked about it at dinner most nights but ..he turned it down flat without recognition of her- Credit is important
