- I am a coach at a small/MM D1 school. We have 10feet rims. Our gym has lights. We have a locker room. And our Adidas sneakers are the same as everyone else in the county. By the way, our scholarship means it's free education. JUST SAYING..
- After a great conversation with my wife. I am blessed to receive an offer to shovel the snow out the driveway, sidewalk, and clean the cars off before I go into the office and prepare for a big game tomorrow.
- Had a AAU Coach tell my Asst. He can't recruit his kids because we "ARE NOT POWER 5". When did it become a thing to have coaches dictate and not allow players/parents say yes or no?
- I quit my job selling furniture making over 90K per yr to be a Assit Coach D3 for $1300.00 for the yr. I also was a substitute teacher making $130 per day. I did this because I knew I would be a GREAT COLLEGE COACH!!! I say this to say what.
- STOP listening to handlers!!!! If you are a 2023 playing AAU, YOU ARE NOT GETTING A SCHOLARSHIP!!!! Message for parents!!!
- A lot of kids are holding out. The world is completely different now. Doubt seriously if ANY AAU happening this summer. The transfer portal is POPPIN!! Y'all remember the game musical chairs? Someone is going to get lleft out. Go where you are wanted. The music is about to end!!

- LOVE IT!! People really need to see this. It's just coaching with passion. Athletes are athletes. Men and women. BE COACHABLE.I need ALL ATHLETES to watch these two professionals playing at the highest level of their sport! Look at the eye contact, body language, humility, respect, and willingness to learn as their coach passionately holds them accountable for their mistakes. Be coachable!
