    There seemed to be a pattern in the chamber today of aggressive and unprofessional behaviour from Labour Ministers… An incoherent and aggressive response to me raising concerns on violence against women and girls

    πŸ—£οΈ As the Shadow Secretary of State for Women I spoke yesterday on violence against women and girls #VAWG πŸ€” The Minister’s response was not only incoherent, but also aggressive, which is not the appropriate tone at all & not what victims want to hear ❌ 90% of grooming

    I have tended my resignation from from the government from a role I have cherished for the last three years. I thank everyone @DWP from bottom of my heart for all their work, friendship & support. But @Conservatives needs a fresh start & I can see no other way forward than this

    The right tone was completely absent. A terrible display. Confused answers. Hard to leave the Chamber any the wiser. Unsurprising in the least that survivors are greatly losing confidence. Sad to witness as the victims and survivors need so much better. The PM needs

    We disagree on politics but was nice to chat today to my opponent, Gemma Bolton in #BurgessHill & was good to meet another woman standing for Parliament & standing up for her views. Just over 100 years on after getting the vote πŸ—³ it really matters. Good luck to all candidates

    Constituents-I voted LEAVE in β€˜16-been committed to delivering on Ref result ideally with a deal!Voted tonight again to bank what we got & move forward-fearing Brexit maybe blocked!I’ll be voting tomorrow to keep no deal on table.I’ll then vote on Thurs against extension to A50!

    Education SoS not even trying to pretend anymore that this is anything other than division stoking. Demeaning the office she holds This is not leadership. It’ll help her feel better though as smaller schools shut, bursaries end & redundancies are made & people leave the sector
