- And like that, another chapter ends… it’s been a great privilege to be part of the same team who got me into @LeTour 33 years ago during my summer holidays in the UK. @itvcycling - thank you. Best thing? Last day was my boys first day seeing what I do, or used to. Thanks Ned. ❤️
- Up there with my favourite TdF moments this, I noticed them on the climb yesterday with a type of unified wave movement towards Quintana. FIVE STAR SUPPORTING 👏🏻Vive le tour!
- Well, another year done working alongside @nedboulting @Petekennaugh @mrendell & the legend that is Gary Imlach. It's been emotional, as ever. Thank you for following on @itvcycling - We'll meet again at the Vuelta. Lovely.

- I hope Jan Ulrich's friends and family can help him stop the descending spiral he finds himself in. I couldn't stop it alone, the damage is real and he needs help to repair it as best he can before he writes himself off. If you see this, Jan, I'm up for sharing what I've learnt.

- The Giro was supposed to start today. More importantly nine years ago today Wouter Weylandt died. I took the Maglia Rosa that day, I’ll never forget it. I wrote about it afterwards in order to make sure it existed outside my mind: chpt3.com/blogs/chttr3/w…
