- Hard to put into words how special Greg Gumbel was. Terrific at everything he did β¦ host, play-by-play you name the sport, he always had the right words and made every person he worked with shine. It was an honor to get to know him and we are sending our prayers to his family.
- Those asking about the whistles from the crowd on saints/rams game. The Saints have a super fan nicknamed βwhistle manβ .. no joke .. have met him many times, great guy. He wears a whistle costume to games. He has the loudest, most piercing natural whistle I have ever heard.
- Thank you to all who have made these 25 years so incredibly enjoyable. It's been an honor to be part of the special @espn family.
- Please check out this thread from @gordonhayward, so glad he clarified what I had always assumed was intentional that night. Our paths have never crossed since that night. Thank you @espn for reairing Kobeβs final game. Still all so hard to believe. The past day has been incredibly heartbreaking for me. Kobe is someone that I looked up to and admired and developed a personal relationship with. I have struggled so much with trying to understand the devastating news and like many others Iβm still trying to process it.
- Just acknowledging, as soon as possible, my error for misidentifying the Martinique flag as the flag of Palestine during the medal ceremony at Menβs Basketball today. They are similar but obviously distinctly different which is quite important for all involved. I apologize
- The absolute best. Phenomenal work ethic, impeccable preparation, no detail overlooked, great sideline reporter, excellent host, respected by everyone on her team and all 32 NFL teams, generational role model and solid gold person. The next chapter will be even better!Today I join the many hard-working colleagues who have been laid off. Heartbreaking-but 27 years at ESPN was a good run. So grateful for a 38 yr career! Longevity for a woman in this business is something Iβm especially proud of. Next step- a project that gives back. β€οΈ
- Sincere thanks to @espn for asking me to hop on for a few moments during Coachβs final game. The ten years working with Hubie will always be a highlight of my career. Hubie is the best!!!!One last call π€ πΊ Hubie Brown's final broadcast | Sixers vs. Bucks, 2 PM ET on ABC/ESPN+

- With CFB starting next Sat, just wanted to thank @NDFootball, Irish fans & the people of SouthBend. So enjoyed this view and the unforgettable experience the last 6 autumns calling @NDonNBC. Look forward to watching Jac, Jason & Zora this fall before calling @SNFonNBC games.
- The news of Chris Mortensenβs passing hits so hard for so many of us. Mort was there for information, guidance, high end journalism and humor .. often times he gave us all of that and more in the same day. He supported and championed so many of the people who cover the NFL
- Bravo Detroit !!! What an incredible week sharing with America the greatness of the city. Shoutout to the amazing team @detsports commission and @Lions organization for making a dream that started 7 years ago come alive. Proud week for all of us who call the mitten home!
- What a run β¦ What a September!! October baseball is back!! Congrats @tigers
- Games like ND/Mich last night are great for CFB. I wish we had a seeded 8team playoff (all p5 champs, best group of 5 champ, 2 at large). Then good non-conference losses would help your profile, regular season stays relevant and we get more matchups like this.
