    Those machine operators will often just grab images from the internet and print it if we don’t provide them the inserts directly (and sometime they do it anyway cuz changing is too much work)… it’s a wild industry.

    I love video games (at least at SEGA). They actually give you credits when you work on them — even a little bit. Other mediums - I work 50k% harder and don’t even get a small credit. I guess the moral of the story is that it takes very little to make someone feel appreciated.
