    PSA: Diving does NOT get you there faster. This is a stupider trend than vaping. If I see anyone do this when I'm announcing the D1 finals next week I will ridicule you over the PA while badly mispronouncing your name.

    The loneliest spot... @Phresh_Fish 4th in a traffic jam finish - 27:28.14 - the highest World's placing ever by a Michigander in the 10K. Still to come-- the 5000.

    Hobbs Kessler wins the deepest 3200 in Michigan history. All 23 runners broke 9:30.. Five broke 9 minutes. 4:33.9/4:20.5 Final 200 - 25.6 Final 400 - 56.8 Final 800 - 2:04.6

    STATE RECORD!!! 3:40.46 for Hobbs Kessler @verynice_tc , taking down @Phresh_Fish 3:42.89!! Placing 6th in a world class field. Last lap of 56.06 was THE FASTEST of the field (Brazier was next at 56.14).
