    Hey players, from my own experience playing softball at Mizzou & then pro 4 the Akron Racers - the best advice I could give u to help recover after a bad at-bat is believe that the next one will be when ur team really needs u, so get over it, & be ready to be the hero next at-bat

    Hey players, when an umpire makes a bad call, in ur opinion, & strikes u out, dont go back to the dugout & say “oh my god that wasn’t a strike”. The ump called it a strike so u sound like a baby. Instead, tell ur mates about the zone & visualize a swing that can foul it off w/ 2

    Today’s surgery went well! I got a stupid bad thing out of my uterus! It’s been causing me issues since Feb! Doc said all is fine & dandy just need to make sure the pathologist says results of the testing is fine too! @AshleyMcBryde #southernbabylon in my head while dreaming 😍

    Hey parents, be the parent ur kid loved in the “car ride home” after a bad game: team lost, 3 errors, & 3 K’s looking, YOU were still their biggest fan, loved them, stayed positive, & believed in them. Not the parent they hated because YOU were so angry, disappointed, & upset

    Hey players, it’s clearly a foul ball, even though you know you have no chance to catch it, you run as fast & as hard & layout as far as you can, and maybe just maybe, you make the catch. You won’t know unless you “try”. It’s the effort that sets you apart!
