being an adult just means parenting the child inside you who keeps yelling and throwing tantrums... it's a constant cycle of the child going "I DONT WANNA WORK, I WANNA PLAY" while the adult says "ok sweetie if you finish your tasks at work you can play video games for ONE hour"
being an artist is a double-edged sword because the ability to draw becomes such a large part of you that when you lose that ability for whatever reason, or when your art begins to worsen, your entire sense of self is affected. who am I, then, if I can't draw?
