    ~15 years ago my 3 children were kidnapped by their father. I never got them back. Our lives haven’t been easy. My oldest is now of legal age to decide her path. She left her dad’s and is now working through the Embassy to come back to me. I’ve waited 15 years for this moment.

    Welcome home party for my daughter Zahra this weekend. For those of you who haven’t been following my story, my 3 children were kidnapped by their father almost 15 years ago. They never made it home again. One finally escaped after becoming of legal age to choose. Therapy begins.

    Ok, I’m saying it. Got kicked out of my PhD program on Monday for not getting my research done. Feeling like a massive loser. I hope I can convince them to let me back in again. Glad that’s off my chest. Been a wreck this week. Admit failure. Document it. Learn from it.
