    Yes. It’s called trauma. And what our country has been through — is STILL going through — is more than enough to cause trauma in any of us. We just watched A MILLION PEOPLE from our country die of a thing any of us also could die from. We are not ok.

    I was 39yrs old when my Mom told me she never sent my letter to @shaunpcassidy from when I was 8. I included some Halloween candy—orange taffy—I was young but not stupid. She randomly pulled it out & told me. The candy was gone (‘bugs’ she said). She TOTALLY ruined my chances.😍

    In the same context, I’ve stopped looking at certain states as Red States. Now I look at them as states with massive voter suppression. Because Georgia taught me that they’re ALL Blue States. It’s just some are better at suppressing voters than others.

    Saw the whole thing—anyone saying she’s over-sharing or bringing other issues into it, either didn’t watch it or is a fucking pig. Bc THERE’S A REASON she talks abt her abuse. It’s central 2 her explaining how the GOP wanting us 2 ‘move past it’, etc, is💯the language of abusers.
