This is the most gut-wrenching story I've ever worked on. So many deaths. So little accountability. And a long quest to find the two shadowy figures behind the website. w/@gabrieldance
I was almost done interviewing Weinstein’s defense attorney when I decided to ask one more question: had she ever been sexually assaulted? “I have not,” she said at 23:50. “Because I would never put myself in that position.” Then things really heated up.
Dear @BrooklynNets, How did an entire basketball team of asymptomatic people get tests in NY, a place where testing is in such short supply that even health care workers -those at greatest risk, with greatest numbers of contacts, doing the most crucial jobs --can't get ones?

"I remember her saying repeatedly: 'He pulled down my tights. He pulled down my tights.'" -- Lisa Birnbach talking publicly for the first time about the phone call she received from E Jean Carroll after Carroll was allegedly raped by Trump
Not a judgment on the underlying claims, but worth noting that unlike the first two allegations against Kavanaugh, this one is not coming through a news story that was reported out and vetted by journalists.
Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation.
