    And my point is, good employees discriminate too, and I wouldn't want to work for someone who so broadly prejudges in this way. And not only does it, but admits to doing it in such a public forum.

    Decriminalization is not the issue. The problem is that Oregon then used taxpapyer funds to SUBSIDIZE the usage of the drugs by literally providing drugs, needles, and drug usage spaces to them.
