Wow: AG Bill Barr has reportedly intervened directly in D.C. on arrests of protesters accused of rioting. He overruled the U.S. Attorney for D.C., who said @DCPoliceDept provided no evidence to justify charges in most cases.
I mean, it's worth noting he bought the place in 1995 for $625,000, about $1.3 million in today's dollars, and had a $500,000 mortgage. He was in private practice at the time, and his wife also worked. I wouldn't call that type of house surprising, all things considered.
.@wolfblitzer, please stop this. There’s a handful of comically expensive gas stations around D.C., and that you happen to live or work by one does not mean it is representative! The citywide average for regular gas this week is $3.62, about 20 cents above the national average.
My 7-year-old was signing up for a school-related account and was asked to come up with a password that’s six characters long. She took this instruction VERY literally, and I love her for it:
Stephen Miller on DC residents: "For the first time in their lives, they can use the parks, they can walk on the streets. You have people who can walk freely at night without having to worry about being robbed or mugged. They are wearing their watches again."
Since @realDonaldTrump said during the debate that Dr. Anthony Fauci is a registered Democrat, I checked D.C.’s voter registry... and he’s not. That’s a commitment to non-partisanship, considering D.C.’s Democratic primary often serves as the de facto election.
I’d venture an educated guess that most people who live in D.C. would question the need for federal law enforcement officers to be patrolling M Street at night.
BREAKING 🚨 The FBI and the DEA are Patrolling Georgetown in Washington DC. I LOVE THIS 👏
Shoutout to President Trump keeping his promise to make DC great and SAFE again
I VOTED FOR THIS
Per NPS: "Rock Creek has high levels of bacteria and other infectious pathogens that make swimming, wading, and other contact with the water a hazard to human (and pet) health. All District waterways are subject to a swim ban - this means wading, too!"
NEWS: For the first time, @DCAttorneyGen is suing three non-D.C. drivers for tens of thousands of dollars worth of unpaid traffic camera tickets racked up over a decade. The three drivers collectively have 226 tickets worth more than $90,000 in fines.
That's me driving the white Crown Vic on Blagden Ave at Allison St NW. DC has fined me $200. Should I pay or contest it?
