    Thanks to everyone who supported. Double Olympic medalist , 5th fastest ever in the 400m, 2 Area records and overall came out of the competition healthy✅Couldn't ask for anymore really. Now to finish the season strong and build , see you soon 🏃🏾‍♂️💨

    Let me address this before things get a little out of control. I'm swore post race because that was honestly pure emotion. 2021 I was in a dark place in life watching the Olympics , 2024 I'm Olympic silver medalist 5th fastest time all time. Keep fighting people 😤 now onto 4x4

    3 competitions , 3 colours , 3 individual medals . Each medal was special in their own way and taught me so much in my development of becoming a better 400m athlete. Thanks to everyone involved and the the jobs not done now to focus and recover for the relay 😤✌🏽

    Who says team GB don't have a mens 4x400 team ! No worlds , No commonwealths , first time we've all come together in any type of setting and we came and won Europeans with the fastest time since 2017. Honestly just the start with the boys and proud to be part of it.

    Ending the 2024 track season with gratitude and growth. Thank you for the support and looking forward to what's next This year: - First European to run sub 44 ✅ - Consistently sub 44✅ - 2 Olympic medals ✅ - British and European record✅ - Made 400m all time list 🙃

    Do you know how rough it's going to be after being able to eat oxtail, fish fry , fried chicken, rice and peas today to then go back to salads tomorrow. 1 month and I'm back to paradise ! 😅😅
