    As someone who grew up not knowing what being trans was and lots of years of self doubt and hate, Bridget's arc is not only realistic but not "erasing" or "grooming." She tried being masculine so hard to prove something, only to realize that wasn't who *she* wanted to be.

    I really need people to understand that these 'parents' are not baby boomers but Gen X and Milennials, btw. I think that gets lost. These are people who grew up during/in the Satanic Panic and Reagan shit and said 'yes that was good let's do it again', not 'out of touch' olds
