#BREAKING: Our legislation to ban single-use plastics in #SouthAustralia has passed Parliament.
It will ban single-use plastics like straws, cutlery and beverage stirrers from early 2021 and outlines a framework for adding more items in the future.
The State Government & @CityofAdelaide will honour one of South Australia's favourite sons, Quentin Kenihan, by building an inclusive playground in the city for people with disability. This is something Quentin was advocating for and we will ensure his vision becomes a reality.

Emotional scenes at the RAH as the last #COVID19 patient is discharged. Paul Faraguna was clapped on by nursing staff and doctors as he left hospital. He was the first South Australian ICU patient and fought a brave battle to overcome the disease.
#SouthAustralia will become the first state in the nation to offer the Pfizer jab to anyone over 12 years of age, including those over 60, at state-run clinics.
