Cost of living is Australia’s biggest issue right now, hitting everyone hard. Yet the current government’s got no plan. What the hell’s going on? #CostOfLiving #AusEconomy

Households brace for power price hikes while Australia’s a major energy exporter. Gas and coal flood overseas, yet bills soar here. It’s outrageous for everyone, especially those doing it tough.

I put up a post recently asking a simple question: what’s going wrong in this country? I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and I’m not trying to sound arrogant, but I do want to start an honest conversation. The post struck a nerve — people got behind it — and I think it’s

We need to act with some confidence. We are not a weak country. We are one of the most resource-rich nations in the world. We have coal, gas, sunlight, wind, and innovation in our blood. Why are we acting like we’re some fragile little economy that needs to play catch-up. I

Right now, electricity costs are the talk of Australia’s cost-of-living crisis. Sure, slashing electricity costs would be great, but here’s what we’re missing: electricity isn’t just a bill, it’s a hidden cost baked into everything we buy or consume. It drives up refrigeration,

This is ridiculous. Australia’s labour productivity growth is currently the weakest among OECD countries. What practical business background does the Greens leader bring to the table to back up such a daring assertion? I understand the Greens focus on environmental expertise,

The Greens will pave the way for a 4-day work week. That’s less hours, same pay. For too long productivity gains have resulted in profits for bosses & shareholders while workers burn out. With successful trials across the world, it’s time we follow suit here.

Sky-high immigration keeps pushing up housing demand - but supply can’t keep up. This isn’t about blaming migrants. It’s about having a workable population strategy. Even UK PM Keir Starmer says “enough is enough” without matching infrastructure. Australia should take note.

This budget isn’t small business-friendly. With record collapse rates for small businesses, it's disappointing that this structural issue hasn't been addressed. It seems that small and medium businesses are the forgotten people in this election cycle.

One of the great political turn arounds. Labor read the room better, better at female representation, and incredible at campaigning to all voting cohorts especially younger people. They know how to pull an opposition apart and go about it with surgical precision . Liberals
