    One of my students sent this to me in the middle of our first class session. It blew me away and underscored a truth. Representation matters and it’s so important that we show up as our authentic selves bcuz you never know who’s watching and what affect you might have on them.

    Wow, wow, wow. For The Culture hit “best seller” status on @amazon as the “#1 New Release” in marketing yesterday. 🤯🤯🤯 I think I’ve cried maybe 5 times in the last 24 hours, no cap 😭😭😭 I’m so humbled and so grateful. Thank you to everyone who supported 🙏🙏🙏

    Today is the first day of classes @MichiganRoss. Considering most of my teaching, speaking, and meetings will be done remotely, I decided to build a studio in the basement to curate the best learning environment possible. Super excited to put it to good use! #goblue

    It’s a family affair! For my children to see my name on my book in a store that we frequent is so important, because if they see that I can do it then they’ll know that it’s achievable. It’s what keeps me going, honestly. Thanks for the look, @BNBuzz, Ann Arbor. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
