    Awful news about my Ex Partner In Crime - but I had a back and forth with Mark last night and heโ€™s in a good frame of mind and rightfully confident that heโ€™ll get through this horrible time and be back doing what he does best before u know it. X

    5 years ago today I was woken at 7am by Trace with the words โ€œI think David Bowie has died... โ€œ. I stayed in bed until 2pm... then got up and went into work and presented one of the toughest shows Iโ€™ve ever had to do. He was the best. DAVID BOWIE R.I.P.

    I was out with the dogs earlier & because I was told to stay alert I stayed alert. Luckily! For as I was bagging up one of Peps stools I saw a Virus hiding behind a tree! U can imagine my horror. I waved a bar of soap at it and it ran away. So please... DO WHAT I DID! STAY ALERT!

    There are some tiresome sorts who donโ€™t like me mentioning I was in The Fall on air but those 5 years bring back lots of memories and stories which help -particularly making shows in a spare bedroom. So - with all due respect - it wonโ€™t change ... & if u donโ€™t like it... well...f
