I lost both of my parents on the 7th of October. I still believe that peace with the Palestinians is the only way. My loss is no luxury. We need a resolution, to prevent others suffering in the way we have - Palestinians and Israelis deserve peace, equality and dignity. @PCFFIP

Who still has the luxury of believing in the two-state solution? Not the people whose families were slaughtered on October 7, nor parents with sons on the frontlines. To many of them, a Palestinian state must feel like a bizarre response to the worst atrocity in Israel’s history.

My mother is being referred to as the last missing woman of the October 7th massacre. In truth, whilst we knew that she and my father were both gone, we buried and mourned them, perhaps this is a reminder of how deep the scars of that day are. It’s taken almost exactly 10 months
