Replying to @mang0ldOh my gosh! Everybody chill. Just kidding! I’m all good! LOGAN will always be there. Multiverse or prequel, time warp or worm hole, canon or non-canon or even without a rationale, I cannot wait to see what maddness my dear friends @VancityReynolds and @RealHughJackman cook up!
- 1/ Thinking about making COP LAND (25 yrs ago). My script, about a cult-like suburban town of commuting white cops was premised on the idea that many NYPD didn't live in the 5 boroughs anymore, a conceit the Weinsteins (my studio, close w/ NYPD brass) insisted was impossible.
- If you haven't watched QUEEN'S GAMBIT yet, do so immediately. My dear friend and collaborator, Scott Frank, hits it far out of the park. From Kentucky to Moscow. Beautiful. Moving. Ana Taylor Joy is a wonder.
