    I can’t believe I’m writing this. Life is so fragile and sometimes people can’t go on. My brother couldn’t carry on yesterday and left this world. I’m beyond heartbroken 💔 Please if you feel you need help talk and reach out to someone. mensmindsmatter.org

    This is one of the last photos I have of my brother 💔 He was trying so hard to overcome what was going on in his head. He was reading books to try and help. Hold your family tight especially today. He leaves behind two beautiful children who have lost their father. 💔

    In my experience of working in secondary schools over 17 years behaviour and rewards policies miss a core group of students for recognising their consistently good behaviour. A student who just gets on with their work and always follows the school behaviour system can go without

    Last week I watched a colleague use a combination of cold call, hands up and scaffolded questions in a sequence It was fantastic to watch but was possible because of the strong culture 👌

    We don’t know what someone is thinking even if they appear happy. It was so hard to hear today that my brother reached out three days before he made his decision to leave. The doctors surgery on that day didn’t have an appointment for him. It breaks my heart to think he might
