my sister found out her dog had face cancer bc the dog kept sneezing out bits of tumor and when they went in to start radiation treatments the vet said there was no tumor left to treat so she must have sneezed it all out

She really did sneeze out a nasal mass, which we sent for histopath and came back as chondrosarcoma. On CT, there was just a defect in the turbinates where the tumor had been. Still monitoring for regrowth but so happy!
