Inspired by spotting small discarded bits of metal flattened, embedded in Tarmac, polished underfoot, I’m experimenting using this as a canvas for making tiny public artworks. Hot slightly melted roads are ideal. Just installed this one next to a primary school I live by.

If you’re down at the docks in Bristol near the ⁦@ArnolfiniArts⁩ tomorrow evening, you may notice the moon fallen out of the sky.

Found this Peephole Concertina diorama of St.Pauls, Bristol. (Slightly bleak!)! Made in 2002 when I used to live there on Brigstocke rd.

So within a week, young people of #bristol have torn down the Colston statue, and overnight created 5km DIY bike lanes. What else needs doing, that we can just get on with?? #nogoingback @bristol247 @XRBristol @TrinityBristol @_SpikeIsland @UWEBristol @BristolUni

Even during lockdown there is beauty to be found... Here are photos of different frost patterns found on car roofs . Can someone explain how they are made & why they are so different??

Man in suit, in tears, approaches me (in need of a hug!) at the opening of #MuseumOfTheMoon at NaturalHistoryMuseum @NHM_London. Turns out he’s a space scientist from the European Space Agency @esa who’s spent life studying the moon & all emotional about this close encounter!
