What physical outcomes can we expect from a robust #LTAD system integrated to a secondary school PE curriculum? Here are some markers for boys, across the Key Stages, that were met and exceeded in certain cases. Early / Late maturer pot. aiming + / - 1-2 years respectively.
We are getting close to completing our LTAD Foundation Phase curriculum. Features lots of programmes, resources & great video content (inc. lectures and exercise videos) whilst laying out a framework of aims, objectives and outcomes related to key areas for development. #LTAD
