From a medical standpoint (from what I learned at my sister’s Ed hospital) you typically can’t be anorexic and bulimic. They have certain classifications for that shit. (Correct me if I’m wrong) and the fact that she could just have a “Normal day” of eating is sus to me.
It takes more energy to burn certain macros. Like protein takes more energy to digest there for it helps with the weight loss. It also helps fill you up faster and keeps you full. In the ss it explains it better than I can
