- In Pennsylvania, Harris outrunning Biden benchmark in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) by almost 2 points with 79% counted. In historically Republican Lancaster, Harris also outrunning Biden benchmark by 3-4 points with 70% counted.

- Fun fact: By my count, Joe Biden flipped four Kent Counties Trump won in 2016. Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, and Rhode Island.
- Still early in PA, but FWIW, in Lackawanna Co. (Scranton, Biden's ancestral home), Biden is leading Trump by 9. Clinton beat Trump by 3.5 points in 2016. Also, with most votes counted, Biden's raw votes in the county increased from 51,000 to 61,000.
