- i've been bingeing 1 to 2 times a week, like 3k cal+ binges. i still eat 1200cal on other days. i walk 12k to 15k steps a day. somehow i'm losing weight quicker now that im bingeing more often than when i wasn't bingeing at all. i don't purge. im happy about it but how?!?!
