Dale is correct. The church on the lords day is for the flock primarily. The pagans on the street secondarily. It prepares the flock to reach the woman Dale describes.
My wife has been home for 11 years. I’ve made wages between 16/hr and 70k/yr. Never once did I insist she work so we could have more. Her work at home has always been more important.

What’s worse is when “theologians” like Kevin Young keep saying there is no Biblical case against abortion. That it’s even allowed by the text. Total insanity.
The idea here is that woman’s primary responsibility is in the home. She is to raise children and to be a help meet to her husband. Career gets in the way of these primary duties.
Before I listened to @Eric_Conn I had a very difficult time putting what I knew into practice. I knew I had to be a better father/husband but I didn’t understand what it looked like. Through him I found @Brian_Sauve and @tompawnbadil and my family is better off for it. Praise God
