My dad worked hard. Long days of hard labor as a plumber who owned his own business. When he finally made it home for the night Id be waiting for him with my cleats, glove, & ball ready to throw my daily 150+ pitch bullpen. I became a professional pitcher because of my dad.

I threw 79mph and was a D1 All-Americanโ€ฆ. Pitching is important. Mechanics and VELOCITY do not make you an elite PERFORMER.

Just because youโ€™re good enough to GO to a D1 does not mean youโ€™re good enough to PLAY at a D1... Understand the difference. #Skill

Pitchers you need to ๐Ÿ‘€ and ๐Ÿ‘‚ to this commentary and see the type of communication between Wood and Grandal. THIS display is the pinnacle of pitching intelligence, and how an individual holds accounts for himself on how he has attacked hitters. Take PITCHING more seriously.

Chris Sale: "I was good for 5, then I sucked for 1." "But I left my nuts out there on that mound tonight, that's for damn sure."
