- Replying to @AnnGarvin_A recently widowed man told me he’d been advised - by other men - to halve his age and add 7 as a dating starting point. He is 70. So he’s looking for a woman of 42. Friends also told him he’d do well, as wives normally outlive husbands.

- July marks the start of a new role for me as a Lecturer with the Cyber Threats Intelligence Centre (CyTIC) at Swansea University. Hugely excited to join the brilliant team at @Swansea_Law & make the move to Mumbles. Oh, and I finally submitted my thesis too. 💫
