my therapist recommended using chatgpt to help me with figuring out how to format/order my ideas in my thesis and i immediately went "no i'm a writer why would i do that" and she just stared at me in shock

i think people are forgetting that sometimes the hard way is the better way even if there is technically an easier way to do something. like sure i could ask the robot for advice but why would i do that when i could talk through my ideas with my friends and see what they think

NBA fans were so traumatized by Kobe’s death that they immediately created a religion based around him & it is so fascinating. it’s almost like we now see Kobe not as a human man, but as the patron saint of basketball or as a sports deity. I think about this a lot
