He’s over 50 years old now, and he did a recent video where he did a 720 for the last time and just said his body doesn’t work like it used to so he physically can’t do those tricks anymore
I remember I won tickets to see Tony Hawk skate in 2002 - he injured himself within 10 minutes and had to sit the event out. This is a worse feeling than that.
Modern A&R is a bit of a joke. Artists have to be established on both streaming and at a grassroots level before labels are willing to take a punt. What happened to doing their job and finding talent early?
