00:00- New protest rules form today: @UTAustin says those who have previously been arrested for trespassing aren’t allowed on campus. I asked if it matters if charges were dropped, a UT spokesperson said it doesn’t. @statesman
- UPDATE: A source at @UTAustin tells me that 46 out of 77 arrests at yesterday’s protest were not UT students.
- New: @UTAustin staff member and alum Rhiannon Hamam said she was arrested yesterday at the protest. “I am here to speak to you about her betrayal,” Hamam said. “We have all been betrayed by Jay Hartzell.”
00:00- New: Faculty member Karma Chavez said faculty “no longer have confidence” in @UTAustin President @JCHartzell. “The same president who called to cops on students is the same president who fired 60 staff” Chavez said.
