- every time i see someone asking "how can they post without electricity and internet? how can they eat without food? how can they get water if the water is cut off?" i am reminded that most people in america would not survive a destabilizing/apocalyptic event
- had a therapist finally tell me that taking a week off wasn't going to address my burnout, that it would take MONTHS (or years) of radical rest. did more research & this seems to be the common refrain among MH professionals who deal with both corporate & autistic burnout.We talk a lot about burnout on here but I have never once seen or received actual genuine advice on what to do about it.
