00:00 - The best advice I can give to young kids is to play as many sports as you can for as long as you can. These kids are specializing at such a young age, and I feel like a huge part of my success has come from playing different sports! ❤️Volleyball or basketball? Alexis Markowski could've done either in college. She chose hoops and is now a 3-time All-Big Ten honoree. "I love both so much... I'm definitely a basketball player. There's more of a 'I'm going to get after someone' part of basketball."
