This notorious criminal tried to settle down in AP's Guntur by marrying a local girl. Later shifted to Hyderabad along with family. He was deported & blacklisted in 2017 following our complaints. Later he settled down in Nepal. He visited Manipur through road way in 2023.

Andhra Pradesh: Mr. Kona Joseph, a Christian who possessed SC certificate, allegedly filed around 14 false cases under SC/ST Act against his rivals & got money through Victim Compensation schemes. Finally his SC certificate was revoked by the West Godavari District Collector.
