    For those mocking sir chris hoy handing over the trophy. The fellas got years left to live if that. He is the face this year of the bigger 180 campaign which has raised over 1 million! He was there to support the campaign to keep it going and rightly so.

    While the media have as per took it upon themselves to do wrong and share a video of Sgt Matt Ratana being murdered in custody. I will instead share what he should be remembered for. While Im no longer a police officer & wasn't in the same BCU. It's still 1 big family. Rip skip

    Gutted to say Friday I will be handing my warrant card in after failing my meeting. Unfortunately my sickness and MH won and life hit at the wrong time. Services dispensed, hopefully I can try again one day. Already sitting at 30 years old mind. Devastated

    Honestly who will take on an ex police/prison officer with MH who has not had a ' normal ' job for over 6 years. Don't even know where to look or what for. Heads still not even hit the realisation I'm no longer a police officer. 😒

    Had a knife, refused direct orders. Taser gets deployed. And rightly so, don't care about his age. If he's big enough to hold a knife and wave it about and refuse direct orders. Then he's big enough to deal with the repercussions

    Going to do what I said I'd never do. But having 0 friends. Constantly alone and now jobless with deteriorating mental health. It be nice to make new friends, and gain some new followers 😊 so give it a share, give us a follow if you want of course 😊and make some new friends
