Shoutout to the women with gynaecological conditions. Women living with PCOS, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic floor disorder, and other women related medical conditions. I hope more research and funding goes into addressing these conditions. You (we) matter. ❤️

according to him, we are more likely to care about people when we believe that they are somehow tied to our survival/story— this resonated with me so much and I wish everyone would approach life with this in mind, because that’s the basic truth but not many people realize this.

Recently, I've been making a conscious effort in all my friendships and close relationships to not assume malicious intent when I feel wronged or offended. It makes reconciliation easier and helps maintain trust in our relationship.

I actually really dislike non-confrontational people because of their lack of good communication skills and how manipulative they can be. They’ll tell you they’re not confrontational because they don’t like wahala but it’s a big lie. They’re cowards who don’t like to face issues
