Bij de bakker krijg je ook niet twee broden voor de prijs van één. Dat is bij Europa niet anders. Wie meer Europese ambitie en slagkracht wil, moet ervoor zorgen dat Europa het budget heeft om dat waar te maken. Met hogere bijdragen of met eigen inkomsten.
