Bond update. Call me Koebbel Bond. Thanks to @driver61d1 for the DD and the awesome conversations. We came to the (obvious) conclusion that if shareholders receive cash+equity, by the Absolute Priority Rule, bondholders have to be made 100% whole first. Best example is Hertz,

Wait what? If $GME holds 311M $BBBYQ shares and they, let’s say, get $350 c.p./share, not only will they sit on $115B+ cash but they also would, according to the thesis, hold a majority stake in $TEDDY. GameStop’s immediate fair share price would literally be $3000+, long term

Is it a Cohencidence that AT THE SAME TIME of the $GME annual shareholder meeting today at 11:00 am ET we also have “CHAPTER 11 HEARINGS FOR APPROVAL OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS AND FOR PLAN CONFIRMATION” for $BBBY I don’t think so. Credit @MisterNols
