- the people who do the most interesting things usually have no off switch between work and life. it’s all just one big, immersive experience. not everyone gets that, but if you do, hold onto it and don’t let anyone guilt you into shutting offdo not let your job become your entire personality. have a hobby. have a side gig. have a life outside work. have friends who don’t care about your title. have interests that make you curious. have goals beyond your paycheck.
