    At a time when there were so few female superheroes on tv, you gave us one with strength, drive, compassion, loyalty, and vulnerability. A superhero we could see ourselves in, I believe the most 3-dimensional in the series. One that changed my life. Our lives. #RIPAkiraToriyama

    I’ve spent half my life voicing characters on DBZ. I’ve watched as our fan base has gone from whispers of, “I like that show” to NFL players doing the fusion dance on live TV. Today every lifelong DBZ fan felt the validation they’ve earned. Thank you anime fans and @Funimation !!

    For many years now, I’ve been harassed by a fan. He sends me pleading messages and when I ignore them, he threatens me. I’ve called police, blocked him, been forced to have him removed from cons, so on. He always finds me. I’m posting this as the friendliest reminder...1/

    In my experience, voice actors support each other. We cheer each other. We share autograph tables and hang out in our spare time. This “jealousy” narrative just isn’t real. There are a handful that are in it for the “fame”. The rest of us just love the work...and each other.

    Dear cons...voice actors are about to start getting very honest with our fans about the way you are treating us. If you don’t start keeping your promises, we will get loud. Obviously there are great cons out there. But the days of us being treated like idiots is over.
